Re: The season of giving and sharing
For a Healthy Christmas
This Christmas you should be careful about your food items and gifts. It is useful to avoid sugar and cream rich food. You must also avoid fast food with excessive trans fats.
Overeating and the excessive use of high alcohol containing drinks are injurious to health during festival times like Christmas.
Please consider avoiding plastics in any form in your gifts to children and others.
It is better to avoid toxin emitting fireworks and pulling high decibel crackers during Christmas.
Please take care about driving speed, and avoid alcohol and using cell phones while driving during festival time.
