The sixth annual conference of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry Association of Neurologists (TANCON 2017) spanning three days witnessed discussions on eight themes, and a CME program for PG students.
As many as 160 delegates turned up and took part in discussions on neuro critical care, stroke, paediatrics neurology, neuro imaging and other topics, organising secretary of TANCON 2017 M. A. Aleem said. Collector K. Rajamani inaugurated the conference.
The event culminated with the valedictory address delivered by Vellamandi N. Natarajan, Minister for Tourism. The president of Indian Academy of Neurology A.V. Srinivasan presided over the valedictory session. Treasurer of the Conference M. Chandrasekaran delivered the vote of thanks. A resolution was adopted to hold the next annual conference at Tirunelveli, Dr. Aleem said.
It is helpful for every neurologist. They can get more advanced information about neurology science and technology. Student can also get more information about new technique which are using in neurology treatment.
