Re: Our vulnerable world of vanishing safety nets
Dear Editor
Need Lifestyle Changes
In recent days people are facing many health problems due to unhealthy food, internet addiction , sedentary lifestyle, cybersex and cyber crimes.
People’s health is also affected due to usage of alcohol ,tobacco and due to accidents and violence
Climate change and increases in the incidence of vector born, water born diseases and due to emerging new and older infectious diseases are also becoming challenges to human health .
Air pollution and lifestyle changes are increasing the incidence of non communicable diseases in recent days.
So a safety net in all aspect is important to save the children, adolescents adults and older people all over the world.
Mitigation measures for climate changes , healthy lifestyle healthy food, vaccination cover , pollution control and care for the refugees and migrants without discrimination with green space expansion in the living environment are the need of the hour for a healthy planet
