Misconceptions about the diseases, its treatment and Prevention. prevailing among people are the important cause for the claim of miracle cure in certain diseases . This is most common in underdeveloped countries, some what common in developing countries and uncommon in developed countries.

There are different system of therapies available to treat the diseases. This may be based scientifically or in other ways.

In each system of therapy, practitioners can claim the cure for a particular  diseased conditions with a particular type of therapy. They will claim,the cure based on  reducing the signs and symptoms  as miracle  without treating the real causes.

Most of the functional psychiatric disorders are claimed as cured by magics and miracles.

Certain  incurable conditions are claimed as cured with plant and animal products.

Some of other conditions  which are not cured by allopathic medications  are claimed  as cured with  religious rituals by  sacrificing animals, hairs ,shedding blood or by meditation.

Some more medical conditions which need definite surgical interventions are claimed to be cured with medications only.

Some more mental  conditions  are believed to be cured by witch hunting and driving out the evil forces from body by magics without a scientific basis.

So people awareness is important to realise the real cure with appropriate medical management.
