Our Prime Minister Modi has successfully established a mechanism to take welfare schemes and policies to the people at every level and generate awareness about the same through the Mann Ki Baat (Voice of People) program.
The primary objective of Mann Ki Baat is to build a direct connect between the Prime Minister of India and its citizens
This mode of communication between the elected leader and the masses significantly strengthens people’s belief in democracy and governance.
The first episode Mann Ki Baat program was aired nearly nine years back on 3 October 2014 and the historic event of Mann ki Baat is hitting it's century on 30th April 2023. This program is well received by the millions of rural and urban people of India and the people whose who are living all over the world.
Through this program our Prime Minister of India reaches a vast spectrum of the socio-economically and culturally diverse populace, inspires and energizes them not just on social, cultural, and economic issues but also the challenging problems that the world is facing today, such as climate change, waste management, energy crisis and Pandemic like COVID-19 etc
Our Prime Minister uses this platform to share his vision for our country and seeks the participation of citizens in the nation
building process.
Mann Ki Baat program has endeavoured to not only generate awareness in the masses about important issues but inspire them to take actionon social and national causes.
The social messages delivered by the Prime Minister through this program become a social media trend in a matter of few hours as well as a mass movement in a few weeks. Swachh Bharat Mission , COVID Vaccination are a few glorious examples .
Furthering the vision of building a ‘ Strong India’, Mann Ki Baat is focused on highlighting the national and global successes of the nation urging people to participate in our nation’s development while instilling a sense of pride, belonging and nationalism in the citizens.
