Bursting crackers and eating sweet and oil rich food are the joy in Diwali. .Here are some safety tips and food advice that you must follow while bursting crackers and taking foodie to save your health and your environment. 

1. Patients with chronic lung diseases should avoid places with heavy cracker pollution and should avoid bursting crackers. This may aggravate your respiratory distress. Such patients can use masks when going out during cracking fireworks.

2 . People can wear earplugs to avoid any damage to the eardrums due to sound pollution by bursting the crackers. 

3. Children should only play with crackers in the presence of parents and seniors and they should wash hands after handled the firecrackers. They should also gaugul the mouth before drinks water or food

4.Never catch a cracker, especially which has been lit, in the hand as it may burst.

5. Please care your dress. Don’t wear loose clothes like saris, frocks, anarkalis and those made with inflammable fibers like nylon and terrycot.

6. In case clothes catch fire, extinguish by putting a blanket around the fire or sprinkle water.

7. Care your diet. Avoid excessive Suger rich sweets and food items. 

8. Avoid too much alcoholic beverages. 

9. Avoid fast/Junk food .

10. Avoid fat enriched food dishes
